Our bread is made with Eureka stone ground flour and sourdough. We use only purified water and organic sea salt in our breads and all our breads are shaped by hand. Here is a list of some of our delicious breads.

Darker French. Unbleached white bread flour, rye flour, sea salt, water. Olive Bread: Campagne studded with a lot of firm, flavorful Kalamata olives Pain au Levain: Traditional French wheat.
